  • Held a wide array of communications responsibilities for the Dean’s Office.
  • Managed 71 websites (6,349 web pages, 24,118 links): the school website, its three department websites, the PharmD program website, 6 PhD program websites, and 60 lab sites and microsites, including sitebuilding, theming, maintenance, linkchecking (no broken links!), and accessibility requirements, surpassing performance scores for nearly all peer websites.
  • Trained and supported 104 website editors and managed their account permissions.
  • Created and maintained weekly automated html email campaigns sending school news to 1,172 faculty and staff.
  • Helped edit and publish biannual publication Update from the Dean on the web and in email (14,150 subscribers).

  • Co-designed and co-programmed Adobe’s web community forums, adobeforums.com, using Web Crossing software by Lundeen, January 2000.
  • Technical lead for redesign of the Support section of the adobe.com web site, October 1999. This redesign had several thousand pages but took only 1.5 months. Special recognition award from Adobe Senior Vice President Jim Stephens.
  • Designed, programmed, maintained, and published 3 web databases using Lotus Notes. Special recognition award from Adobe Customer Support Web/Online Services Manager Tom McIntire.
  • Designed and managed web pages representing the core of the Adobe Support subsite using HTML, CSS, and SSI.
  • Wrote Bourne shell and Perl scripts and performed basic server administration in a Sun Solaris environment.
  • Restructured and managed the Adobe downloads library, which involved packaging and uploading files, writing and editing technical content, and programming and populating a web database of metadata.
